Within our facilities, Universal complies with the comprehensive Code of Conduct and labor laws to maintain a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. Employees at all levels of our organization understand that everyone should be judged on the basis of their skills, abilities and performance. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment in any form.
Our global agronomy teams have implemented an Agricultural Labor Practices program in many of our sourcing origins aimed at training farmers on labor issues, monitoring farm practices and taking prompt action to address issues identified in the supply chain.
